A to the memorandum, should

Legislative Council; and

Escalators (Safety) (Fees)
Regulations 1987, Annex B to
the memorandum, should
be
approved in principle, and
referred
back
to
the
Governor to be made after
the enactment of the Lifts
and
Escalators (Safety)
(Amendment) Bill 1987.
