Amend the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries Ordinance.

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese
Permanent Cemeteries (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.
Amendment of section 3.

Section 3(2) of the principal Ordinance is
in paragraph. (a)
(i) by deleting "and" at the end of
sub-paragraph (iii); and
(ii) by inserting after sub-paragraph (iii)
the following
-
"(iv) the Director of Regional Services;
and";
(b) in paragraph (b)
