The completed elevated roadway with the consequent traffic noise, road lighting and use of headlights at night will seriously disturb the rights of owners and residents of United Mansion.
The roadworks will not contribute to road users or residents in general, but on the contrary are solely for the benefit of the owners of Lot 2071.
The proper, natural and logical access route to Inland Lot No. 2071 Section B, is from Kennedy Road, as an access road built from Kennedy Road would cause none of the problems specified above.
We believe that construction of the proposed elevated access road is detrimental to the interests of the thousands of residents of Shiu Fai Terrace and we
understand that other objections have been made to you by those living in this area.
We strongly urge that these road works not proceed and we look forward to your favourable consideration of our objections.
