Dear Miss Chan,
It is most regretably learned that your department is planning to build a flyover connecting Shiu Fai Terrace to Kennedy Road. We strongly request this plan to be called off as it will deeply effect the residents in our area, because the one and only passage through The Terrace is too narrow to take in any additional traffic. Furthermore it could be hazardous to the safety of our children besides the inconvenience resulted from the traffic jam during rush hours.
We hope you will find a better alternative to said plan.
