Dear Sir
I learned from the newspapers that the government has proposed
to build an elevated access road to allow vehicular access from Shiu Fai
Terrace to the development site at 134-136 Keanedy Road. If the proposal
is to be put into effect, residents of Shiu Fai "errace will be greatly
inconvenienced during the construction period. The traffic load between
Shiu Fai Terrace and the northern section of Stubbo Road will be greatly
increased after completion of the proposed road. These two aspects and
other consequences are unfair to residents and flat owners of Shiu Fai
Terrace. I therefore raise my objection and am looking forward to your
response.
