(5) Finally, I would add that the proposed plan only came to my
notice in the form of an advertisement crowded in a corner on the back page of a newspaper; I suspect others concerned may still be totally unaware of the situation. The developers, I believe, have a duty if not the courtesy to directly notify the residents of Shiu Fai Terrace, especially those living at the end of the Terrce which is a no-through road, as the plan would affect them
one way or another.
I am entirely against the mentioned proposed project and I should much appreciate if your department would review the matter in a new light.
