We are writing in connection with the proposed elevated access road, as gazetted in No. 29/1985, GN2313, which will affect the Freni Memorial Convalescent Home (I.L. 7206) of this Association.

Whereas we have no objection to the right of way to I.L. 2071 Section B but would like to put forward the following points to you with a view to seek your assistance to ask the developer/owner of I.L. 2071 Section B to comply with:-

(1)

(2)

To maintain a 24-hour fully unobstructed ingress and egress for the vehicles and ambulances to Freni Home at all time, including construction period of the said elevated access road.

The elevated access road will start off with a T-junction from Shiu Fai Terrace at the south-western corner of Freni Home and there is no footpath provided on the side of the Freni, the carriageway abuts against the boundary wall. Footpaths shall be provided by the owner/developer on both sides to the section of roadworks per- pendicular to Shiu Fai Terrace.

We should be grateful if you would contact us if further progress in the matter requiring our attention.

Thank you for your assistance.
