the quantity of such goods is subject to
variation by reason of climatic influences; and
(b) the net quantity of the goods when packed was
marked on the container and the marking appeared
on the container at the time of supply.
Unauthorized advertise- ments
23. (1) Any person who, in the course of or for the
purposes of supplying any goods for trade in Hong Kong,
publishes in any advertisement any unit of measurement that
is not an authorized unit commits an offence.
