27A. In the case of
(a)
a lift or escalator, where
(i)
the death of, or injury
to, any person occurs involving
any part of the lift or escalator;
(ii) a failure occurs of the
main drive system, other than by
reason of the failure of the main
power system; or
(iii) any other thing
specified from time to time by the
Director occurs;
