require any person to attend the
proceedings as a witness,
administer oaths and examine
witnesses upon oath;
order the production of relevant
documents;
(c) order the inspection of premises
in which any lift or escalator has
been installed or in which lift
works or escalator works have been
carried out; and
(d)
authorize the entry upon and
viewing of such premises.".
Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is amended
in subsections (1) and (2), by deleting
"prescribed" and substituting in each case the
