Amendment of section 13.
16. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended
(a)
in subsection (2) -
vi) by deleting "prescribed" and substituting
the following
"specified"; and
(ii) by deleting "same to the Director within
7 days of his receipt thereof" and substituting
the following
"certificate, and pay the prescribed fee, to
the Director within 7 days of the receipt of
the certificate by the owner"; and
(b) in subsection (3)
-
(i) by deleting "When such certificate is
delivered to the Director, he" and substituting the
following
"On receipt of the certificate and the
prescribed fee under subsection (2), the
Director"; and
