Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(b)
-
(i) by inserting after "or has" the
following
"in carrying out any lift works or escalator
works, as the case may be,
(ii) in paragraph (b), by deleting the comma
at the end and substituting the following
-
"; or";
(iii) by inserting after paragraph (b) the
following
"(c) render the lift engineer or escalator
engineer deserving of censure,";
and
(iv) by inserting after "disciplinary board"
the following
-
"appointed under section 8";
in subsection (2)
