The Council considered memorandum XCC(87)48.
The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED :
under section 16(1) of the
Banking Ordinance, that licences,
subject to the usual conditions
in paragraph 1(b) in Annex C to
the memorandum, should be granted
to-
(a) Cassa di Risparmio delle
Provincie Lombarde; and
(b) Banco di Napoli.
