(a) under section 109(2) of the

be
produced to keep the public
more up to date with changes
traffic legislation,

including new
laws
to
regulate motorway driving;
(c) that consideration should be
given to
(i)
producing an annual
update to the Code,
either in the form
form of
amendment sheets or a
complete reprint;
