To
Amend the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations and
the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of
Vehicles) Regulations.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title and
commencement.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic
(Driving Licences Regulations and Registration and
Licensing of Vehicles Regulations) (Amendment) Ordinance
1987 and shall be deemed to have come into operation at
on 25 February 1987.

The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Driving
Licences) Regulations is amended
-
Traffic
(Driving
Licences) Regulations. (Cap. 374 sub. leg.)
(a)
in relation to the fee for issue or renewal of a
full driving licence, by deleting "170" and
substituting the following
-
"180";
(b) in relation to the fee for issue or renewal of a
driving instructor's licence, by deleting "520"
