Clause 33 provides for separate accounts to be maintained in respect of all transactions of the

the Fund. The Corporation is required to lay before the Legislative Council by 31 December of each year a signed statement of the annual accounts audited by an auditor appointed by the Corporation, together with a report on the administration of the Fund during that financial year.

Clause 34 provides that the Fund shall not be pledged as security for any loans that the Corporation may seek to

Part X of the Bill deals with miscellaneous provisions. Clause 36 provides that the Corporation is not a servant or agent of the Crown.

Clause 39 enables the Corporation to make by-laws for the effective management and control of Ocean Park. Ocean Park Ltd. is currently regulated by a set of Conditions which cover admission to Ocean Park, carriage on the Ocean Park ropeway, and use of the car park. These Conditions form part of a contract between Ocean Park Ltd. and members of the public who have purchased or acquired a ticket for admission to Ocean Park. In the
