Groupe B and C
Secondary locations in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and Baw Kowloon. For example, main streets in Causeway Bay, Hathan Road and Queen's Road East will fall within Group 1. Less preferable secondary locations such as Reclamation Street, Shanghai Street and Man Chai Road together with primary locations in the New Territories will be included in Group C.
Tertiary locations in Rong Kong Island, Rowloon and How Kowloon. Group D includes streets such as Pirat Street in Sheung Wan and Boi Tan Street in Shan Shui Po and also secondary location in the Territories. More inferior locations in the urban area such as Cha Iwo Ling Road and Lei Yus Run Road together with tertiary locations in the Xew Territories are classified under Group E.
