BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) (AMENDMENT ) REGULATIONS 1987
Made by the Governor in Council under section 38
Citation and commencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Building
(Administration) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall
come into operation on 1 May 1987.

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is
in paragraph (1)
(i) in sub-paragraph (a) by deleting "Royal
Institute of British Architects" and substituting
the following
"Hong Kong Institute of Architects";
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) by inserting after
"recognized by" the following
"the Building Authority on the
recommendation of";
