The Council noted the contents of memorandum XCRI(87)9.
(b) THE BUDGET
The Financial Secretary outlined his budget proposals.
(c) DRESS FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL AT SWEARING IN OF NEW GOVERNOR
The Council reconsidered its advice at the meeting on
27 January 1987. Members confirmed that the CBF should
wear uniform but advised that other male Members should
wear lounge suits rather than morning suits.
The Attorney
General would reflect on whether he would wear his legal
robes.
(The Council considered Part II business between 11.50 a.m. and 12.40 p.m.)
