Amend the Air Pollution Control Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Air
Pollution Control (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.
Amendment of section 14. (Cap. 311.)

Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is
(a)
in subsection (3)(b) by deleting
(b)
"a copy" and substituting the following -
"the particulars"; and
in subsection (4)
(i) in paragraph (a) by deleting
"a copy" and substituting the following
"the particulars"; and
(ii) by deleting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following
