(b) For the proposed Tung Hing Lane
Footbridge referred to on Plan No. HH
5401, portions of the existing/new
footpaths and segregation islands on
Connaught Road West will be closed and
occupied by columns and staircases of the
new Footbridge. These portions of
footpaths and segregation islands to be
closed are delineated red on the Plan.
An Order under Section 17 of the Ordinance
will be sought as and when required.
Road closures referring to the original
positions of Morrison Street Footbridge and Tung Hing Lane Footbridge described in paragraph 2 (p) of the scheme
annexed to Plan No. HH5248 publicised in GN 210 on 17
January 1986 will not be required.
