Advice sought

Members will be asked to advise whether under section 11(5) of the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter 370), the Governor in Council should or should not authorize the works and use in accordance with the amended plans and scheme described in paragraph 6.
(The Director of Highways, Mr H.C. BEATON, will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item.)
