The Council considered memorandum XCR (87) 37.
The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED :
(a) that the Sir Edward Youde
Memorial Fund Bill should be
introduced

taken through all three
stages on 11 March 1987; and
(b) that Mr Q.W. Lee, the
Secretary
Administration
for
District
and
other
concerned officials should
be thanked for their efforts
to establish the fund and to
solicit donations.
