The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED :
(a) that under section 10 of the
Massage
Establishments
Ordinance (Chapter 266), the
decision of the Commissioner
of Police to revoke Madam
LEE
Fung-hing's licence to
operate
a
massage
establishment
should
be
confirmed; and
(b) that
the procedures for
processing applications for
massage
establishment
licences should be reviewed
with a view to establishing
whether applicants are fit
and proper persons.
