WATERWORKS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1987
Made by the Governor in Council under section 37
Citation and commencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Waterworks
(Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into operation
on 1 April 1987.
Amendment of regulation 4. (Cap. 102, sub. leg.)
2. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is
amended by deleting paragraphs (1) and (2)
Amendment of
First Schedule.
3. The First Schedule to the principal regulations
is amended
(a)
in Part I –
(i) by deleting paragraph 1;
(ii)
in paragraph 2
(A)
in sub-paragraph (b), by deleting
"$600.00" and "$25.00" and substituting
respectively the following
