The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED :
that, under section 13(4) of the

Offences
of
Ordinance
Summary
(Chapter 228), the
Offences Ordinance (Exemption from
section 13) Order 1987 at Annex A
to the memorandum should be made
to
cover
the
simultaneous
construction of both tubes of the
Junk Bay Tunnel.

Senior Assistant Law Draftsman, Mr E.H. MARTIN, the Assistant
Director of Environmental Protection (Air and Noise),
Mr R.J.S. LAW, and the Principal Assistant Secretary for
