(4) Any person who at any time in any domestic
premises or public place plays any game, pastime or other
activity, the noise of which -
(a)
constitutes a disturbance or interference with
public tranquillity; or
(b) causes a nuisance to any person,
commits an offence.
(5) Any person who at any time in any domestic
premises or public place carries on a trade or business the
noise of which
(a)
(b)
constitutes a disturbance or interference with
public tranquillity; or
causes a nuisance to any person,
commits an offence.
(6) Any person who at any time in any domestic
premises operates or causes to be operated any
air-conditioning or ventilating system or part thereof
which emits noise in a manner which
-
