(2) Any person who at any time in any domestic

premises or public place plays or operates any musical or

other instrument, including any record or cassette player

or radio or television apparatus, in a manner which -

(a)

constitutes a disturbance or interference with

public tranquillity; or

(b)

causes a nuisance to any person,

commits an offence.

(3) Any person who at any time in any domestic

premises or public place uses any loud-speaker, megaphone,

or other device or instrument for magnifying sound, in a

manner which

-

(a)

(b)

constitutes a disturbance or interference with

public tranquillity; or

causes a nuisance to any person,

commits an offence.
