From his initial letter, the objector considered that the proposed resumption would create much nusiance like dust and noise and would affect his business. Upon discussions with the objector, it was found out that the main reason was poor "Fung Shui" because of the irregular shape of his lot after resumption.
The objection is considered as a "Fung Shui" objection.
In order to alleviate the situation, the limit of works area should be slightly modified if possible so that the resulting shape of the objector's lot could remain generally in the form of a rectangle.
The objector welcomed the proposed modifications as shown on drg. No. NH 6153B and submitted a letter of withdrawal to his previous objection.
