I, residing at Fook Hing Lane, San Wai Village, Yuen Long, N.T., both the landowner of Lot No. 1925 in DD 104, N.T., and holder of
MOT No. 7473.

I was informed by the District Lands Office that the above lot
was to be resumed by the Government to give way to the N.T. Circular Road
works and that part of the shade of the house at Lot No. 7437 had to be
demolished. In view of the fact that once the shade is removed, we will be exposed to the sun and rain and that our living environment will be seriousely affected, we venture to ask that the limits of the proposed works be amended to allow the boundaries be advanced to several feet so that
the said shade can be maintained.
