Dear Sirs,
This refers to your letter of September 5, 1986 regarding the notice to possibly resume D.D. No. 104, Lot No. 2376 at San Tin. Being the registered owner of Subject land, I have inquired the District Lands Office, Yuen Long and learned that you will resume 7220 sq.ft. which is about 83% of the area of subject land. The remaining portion after resumption can hardly be used for farming purpose. Therefore, I request you unless you resume entire area of the land, I will address my objection of this project.

For your information, we also received your notice to resume D.D. 104 Lot 2383B, 2326RP and 3087 and I have no objection to the proposal.
