With reference to the New Territories Circular Road
Improvements, Au Tau to Fan Kan Road Phase 3, Fairview Park to Mai Po (Part) Section from Sheung San Wai to Yau Mei San Tsuen, as Lot No. 2220 in DD104, Sheung San Wai is affected by the above proposed works and the land resumption limits are in close proximity to my rented premises which will have an adverse effect on our living environment, I hereby write to request you to alter the works boundaries so that the works limits will be further away from my rented house. Grateful if my request can be acceded to.
