Roads/Footpaths to be Closed and/or Modified
For the purpose of or incidental to the said
works, it will be necessary to carry out closures of or
modifications to roads and footways listed hereunder, and
for which action under section 17 of the Ordinance will be
necessary :
(i) Modifications to the following roads as shown
cross-hatched black on the Plan No. NH 6153A :
(a) A section of Castle Peak Road (Ngau Tam Mei)
from Sheung Chuk Yuen to Yau Mei San Tsuen.
This section is to be re-graded and

improved. Access will be maintained during
construction.
(b) A section of Castle Peak Road (Ngau Tam Mei)
from Sheung San Wai to Sheung Chuk Yuen.
This section is to be replaced by a new
service road to the west. Access during
construction will be maintained until such
time as traffic can be diverted onto the new
service road.
(c) A section of the access road near Ha Chuk
Yuen.
This section is to be .re-graded and
improved.
