The boundary walls are necessary to be demolished.
In line with Exco's recent paper on "Equitable Redress for Persons who suffer as a result of Road Works", it appears that reprovisioning of the walls should be given as a form of technical remedy for equitable redress.
The objector welcomed the proposed reprovisioning and submitted a letter of withdrawal to her previous objection.
