In tǝlephone conversations with Mr. HO Ping-kuen on
30.10.86 and 31.10.86, he said that it had been decided that our hous
would not be resumed for the project.
On 3.11.86, Mr. HO Ping-kuen, our village representative
and a District Board member MAN Ping-nam cane to my house. Mr. Ho
said the new resumption line would follow the alignment of our gate
and fence on one side, and therefore only the small protruding part
of our courtyard would be affected, This was witnessed by our villagə
representative and MAN Ping-nam in the presence of my family.
