OBJECTION NO.12

آن

In reference with the letter (Ref.: LTN 212/YRN/60L) from District Lands Officer, Yuen Long concerning the resumption of Lot No. 1920, 1921 & 1954 of DD No. 104 at San Tin, we strongly object this proposed amendment after we have reviewed your engineering Drg No. NH6157 & NH6158 of File ref. LNT 212/YRN/60B. reasons of objection are given as follows:

Our

1. The resuption will seriously destroy the integruity of our land. 2. It will badly affect the value and future development of our

land.

3. It will totally destroy the entrance and access to our land. 4. According to your drawing, the partial resumption of Lot No. 1921 will cut the lot which will still owned by us almost into two pieces with little access and make one piece useless. This is totally unacceptable to us.

5. The late notice (with post office chop date Sept 8 36) did

not allow us to file the complaint on time.

We sincerely request you to take a kind and fare consideration of our case and revise your plan that would acceptable to us. Thanks.

Sincerely yours,

譚炳文
