Dear Sir,
I have a village house erected on Lot No. 3250A/RP in
DD 104, San Tin. With reference to your notification a few days ago that a portion of the above lot will be resumed, the concrete
wall, main door and iron gate constructed outside my house will have to be removed, I, therefore, request your Department to rebuild the wall according to the original dimensions or grant me an appropriate compensation for reconstruction purpose. I should be grateful if you would give me a reply, otherwise, I will not let your staff enforce any demolition action.
