Roads to be Closed and/or Modified
For the purposes of or incidental to the said
works, it will be necessary to carry out closures of or
modifications to the roads and footways listed hereunder,
and for which action under section 17 of the Ordinance
will be necessary :

Modifications of the following as shown
cross-hatched on Plan No. NH 6157:
A short section of Castle Peak Road (Ngau Tam
Mei) and the roadside footway near Pok Wai.
This section is to be re-graded and improved.
Access will be maintained during construction.
The remaining section of Castle Peak Road (Ngau
Tam Mei) and the roadside footway.
This section will be replaced by the proposed
service road (west). Access during construction
will be maintained until such time as traffic can
be diverted onto the service road (west).
A section of Fairview Park Boulevard near Castle
Peak Road.
This section is to be re-graded and improved.
Access during construction to the existing Castle
Peak Road will be maintained until such time as
traffic can be diverted onto the proposed
roundabout.
