Land Resumption
Additional land which the Secretary for Transport
now proposes should be resumed, under Section 13 of the
Ordinance, is delineated and coloured orange in Plan 1 of
3 of Plan No. YLPR 51. This plan also shows the land
which is now proposed to be deleted from the resumption
plans of the scheme already considered (coloured yellow).
Plan 2 of 3 of Plan No. YLPR 51 shows separately
the land for resumption in the plan and scheme already
considered and referred to in GN 3733 of 25 November 1983.
Plan 3 of 3 of Plan No. YLPR 51 shows the amended
version of the resumption plan to show all the land now
proposed to be resumed.
