Clause 5 amends section 5 to require the party

having the conduct of the proceedings to serve any order

made under that section on the Director of Buildings and

Lands.

5. Clause 6 confers on the Chief Justice power to

make rules in respect of matters pertaining to procedure

and other incidental matters.

7. Clause 7 contains transitional provisions in

respect of proceedings pending at the time the amendments

come into force.

8. There are no Public Service staffing or public

expenditure implications.
