Sir,
Two of my colleagues, Mr. Martin LEE and Mr. Desmond LEE tai, will be speaking this afternoon as they will not be in Hong Kong next Wednesday. Mr. Martin LEE will be the last to speak and he has agreed to move at the end of his speech that the debate on this motion be adjourned.
