(d) Administrative Appeals
163.
To improve yet further the system for the redress of grievances, the Government are also studying existing procedures for dealing with statutory appeals to the Governor in Council. The aim is to try to streamline and rationalise these procedures, so that appeals can be handled more thoroughly and swiftly. This may require legislation, in which case we shall seek to bring proposals to this Council during the coming session.
