I would only like to add that the Commercial Crime thit has
undertaken in recent years a substantial number of prosecutions arising

Localisation of Legal Department ":
Sir, may I turn to the localisation of the Legal Department. My hon. and learned Friend
Mr. Martin Lee drew attention to the need to attract more
bilingual lawyers into the Legal Department.
Let me assure him that
I regard localisation as the single most important management issue my department is facing at the present time. Anyone who has studied the discussion paper which the Law Officers and I released to all counsel
