2:2:1 system in post-secondary colleges

With reference to t he
reply given by the Secretary for Education and Manpower at the Legislative Council sitting on 8 January 1986 on the question of the 2:2:1 system in post-secondary colleges, will t he Government advise this Council of the progress regarding the assessment of the institutions registered under the Post-Secondary Colleges Ordinance?
SECRETARY FOR EDUCATION AND MANPOWER:
There
are
at present two institutions
registered under the Post-Secondary Colleges Ordinance.
Only one of them operates with the 2-2-1 system for which
partial government financial assistance is granted.. The
other has chosen to continue
