Will
Sir,
The scheme to which Dr Tse has referred consists
of two complementary elements. The first will bring some
90 expatriate teachers to Hong Kong to assist in the
teaching of English in public sector secondary schools.
The second will provide overseas training for 100 local
secondary school teachers of English who have successfully
completed the full-time retraining course at the Institute
of Language in Education.
