as the location, size of population and length of tenure of
the THA and Neighbourhood Level Community Development Projects
are set up when this is justified. These projects provide a
range of services, including social and recreational
activities and the promotion of self-help amongst residents.
At present 29 out of 50 THAS are served by projects of this
type.
