that percentage of the provision shown in respect of it in the draft Estimates which is specified in relation to that subhead in the Schedule; and
(b) in the case of a Capital Account subhead, an amount equivalent to 100 per cent of the provision shown in respect of it in the draft Estimates,
or such other amount, not exceeding the provision shown in respect of the subhead in the draft Estimates, as may in any case be approved by the Financial Secretary.
A reference in this resolution to the draft Estimates of Expenditure is a reference to the draft Estimates as changed from time to time pursuant to sections 7 and 8 of the Public Finance Ordinance.
