This White Paper reproduces the text of the Annual Report on Hong Kong 1985–86 presented to Parliament by the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs by Command of Her Majesty, on 19 February 1987, and subsequently published in the form of a White Paper by Her Majesty's Government in London on 20 February 1987.
