On the question of the advance copies for News Department, assume the report will be embargoed until it has been presented to Parliament, Parliamentary Relations Unit have stated that Thursday 19 February is preferable to Friday 20 February for presentation of the report to Parliament. If the report is presented on the Thursday, we would be content for News Department to distribute their advances on the Friday, the day of its publication.
