Local bodies may be
established in
the Hong Kong SAR to be responsible for matters
such and
as culture, recreation
environmental hygiene, and to be consulted by the Hong Kong SAR Government on district management and other affairs.
The powers and duties of these bodies, and their composition shall be prescribed by law in the Hong Kong SAR.
